About Our Cheese
We began our cheese-making journey in 2017, inspired by the arrival of our first goat. With no prior experience, we simply had a passion for learning about goats and cheese. Starting with basic varieties like chèvre and ricotta, we've progressed to more complex cheeses such as Camembert and Valancay. Our enthusiasm for cheese and curiosity led us to this point, and we’re eager to expand our horizons and share our love of goats and fermented milk with the world.
Our latest creation is a delightful cumin-infused cheddar that has been aged for over a year, and it truly is exceptional.
