About Our Cheese

We started making cheese in 2017 after our very first goats had babies. We had no prior experience, just a desire to learn about goats and cheese. Starting with simple cheeses like chèvre and ricotta, we have worked our way up to Camembert, Valancay and more advanced cheeses. Our love of cheese and curiosity has brought us to where we are now. We have to expand to continue learning and to share our love of goats and fermented milk with the world. Our fresh cheeses, including chèvre and feta, are available nearly all year round, but you won't want to miss our seasonal aged cheddars, available for pre-order in late spring and early summer. It's first come, first serve, so get ready to snag your favorites before they're gone!
