About Our Cheese

​Welcome to our cheese-making adventure! Since 2017, we've been dedicated to crafting delicious, starting with our first goat and passion for learning. From humble beginnings with chèvre and ricotta, we've grown to create complex varieties like Camember and Valancay. Join us as we continue to explore the world of cheese and share our love for goats and artisanal dairy with you!
 

While we currently offer a limited variety of cheeses until late spring or early summer when the new kids come and we have more milk, we always have fresh Chèvre available year-round. This soft cheese is a staple in American grocery, and we're excited to expand our offerings every spring with hard goat cheeses like cheddar, gouda, and Swiss as the seasons change. Throughout winter, you can also enjoy our delicious feta, ricotta, yogurt, and other cheeses crafted with care.
