About Our Cheese
We started making cheese in 2017 after our very first goats had babies. We had no prior experience, just a desire to learn about goats and cheese. Starting with simple cheeses like chèvre and ricotta, we have worked our way up to Camembert, Valancay and more advanced cheeses. Our love of cheese and curiosity has brought us to where we are now. We have to expand to continue learning and to share our love of goats and fermented milk with the world.
Cheese is amazing and we can hardly wait to feed it to you and teach you all about it.
Our newest cheese is a delicious cumin infused cheddar cheese that has been aged for over a year and is absolutely amazing.
