At Chulita Hill Farm and Creamery we make small batch artisan goat cheeses.
Nestled in the Piney Woods of East Texas, we sustainably raise our goats and make cheese from the milk on our farm. This allows us to have control over every aspect of our cheese production. Our goal is to make the best cheese money can buy, all while striving to reach a zero-carbon footprint and leave the land better than we received it.
